Quiet Chatter

I'm going to let the photo do the talking to begin with...Sorry, I can't help myself I've just gotta shout wahoo!!! Now the other picture is the inner border fabric choice I've made, which will hopefully get put on tomorrow and my focus fabric for the outside border and binding. This little quilt is quietly chatting to me telling me that it really would like a gentle meandering stitch done for the quilting, mmmm, it would be an easy option but I'm not quite sure.

The weather has been so darned cold here not to mention the rain, that it would be almost criminal not to take advantage and spend the day sewing.  The ladies that come to the shop for 'Sit'n Stitch' days three times a week are really enjoying keeping up with how everyone on the blog is going, not to mention how far I'm going.  They even offer their ideas on border fabric and quilting designs, it really is lovely having friends sharing your success.
I hope you have lots of back up too,
hugs
Miche'le

Your are definitely allowed to shout happily!! Your blocks look perfect and I wish I could see the quilt for real! And it must be great to discuss the detail with some nice Q-friends:-)

It looks great! My granddaughter was here after school yesterday when I was finishing up Block I. She asked who I was giving the quilt to...I think I'm going to keep it and hang it in the living room. I have a Birdhouse/garden theme going in there....Granddaughter says the lady resting in the garden is her with my cat on her lap and their dog, Yoshi sitting beside her. She can't wait until it is part of the rest of the quilt.
As for quilting, my quilt isn't talking to me...wonder why?
